TERMS & CONDITIONS Daily Vehicle Rental Agreement 1. Eligibility The renter must be at least 21 years of age. The renter must present a valid Qatari ID or Passport. The renter must hold a valid driving license accepted in the State of Qatar. All submitted documents must remain valid throughout the rental period. The renter confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete. 2. Rental Period The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is delivered to the renter. One rental day equals twenty-four (24) hours. Additional charges will apply for late returns beyond the grace period, if applicable. Any extension of the rental period must be approved by the Company before the original rental expires. 3. Payment & Security Deposit Full rental payment must be made in advance. A refundable Security Deposit may be required. The Security Deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and all outstanding charges have been settled. The Company reserves the right to deduct any unpaid charges, damages, fines, or penalties from the Security Deposit. 4. Vehicle Delivery The renter shall inspect the vehicle upon delivery. By signing the Vehicle Condition Report, the renter acknowledges that the vehicle has been received in good condition. Any existing damage must be recorded before the vehicle leaves the Company's premises. 5. Vehicle Return The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. Late returns may result in additional rental charges. Returning the vehicle to a different location may be subject to relocation fees. 6. Fuel Policy The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. Any fuel shortage will be charged at the Company's applicable rate together with a refueling service fee. 7. Mileage The rental includes the mileage allowance specified in the Rental Agreement. Excess mileage will be charged according to the Company's current rates. Unlimited mileage applies only where specifically stated in the Rental Agreement. 8. Authorized Drivers Only drivers listed in the Rental Agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. The renter remains fully responsible for the actions of all authorized drivers. The use of the vehicle by unauthorized drivers may invalidate insurance coverage. 9. Prohibited Use The renter shall not use the vehicle for: Racing, drifting, or speed competitions. Driver training or driving instruction. Carrying illegal, hazardous, or prohibited materials. Subletting or renting the vehicle to another person. Off-road driving or reckless driving. Any unlawful activity. Towing without prior written approval. Transporting passengers or goods for commercial purposes without written authorization. 10. Traffic Violations The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls, and fines incurred during the rental period. The Company may charge the renter for any fines received after the rental has ended if they relate to the rental period. 11. Accident Procedure In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify the Police and the Company. The renter must obtain an official Police Report. No repairs may be carried out without the Company's written approval. Failure to report an accident may result in the renter being fully liable for all damages. 12. Vehicle Breakdown The Company shall provide assistance for mechanical failures resulting from normal vehicle operation. The renter is responsible for damages caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. 13. Insurance The vehicle is covered by insurance in accordance with the applicable insurance policy. The renter shall be responsible for any deductible (excess) and any losses not covered by the insurance policy. Insurance coverage may become void if the renter violates the Rental Agreement or applicable laws.
