Rental Period: The rental period starts and ends according to the date and time stated in the rental agreement. Any extension must be approved by DASKA Rent A Car. Driver Requirements: The renter must provide a valid Qatar driving license or legally accepted international license, together with valid identification documents as required. Rental Payment: Rental charges, security deposit and any applicable additional charges must be paid according to the rental agreement. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected at the beginning of the rental. The deposit may be used to cover unpaid rental charges, traffic fines, damage, loss or other amounts due under the agreement. Vehicle Condition: The customer must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. The customer is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Traffic Fines: All traffic violations, parking fines and related charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter, including any applicable administrative charges. Fuel: The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of collection. Fuel shortages may be charged to the customer. Accident / Damage: In case of an accident, damage or theft, the renter must immediately notify DASKA Rent A Car and the relevant authorities and obtain the required official report. The renter must not arrange private settlement without approval. Prohibited Use: The vehicle must not be used for racing, off‐road driving, illegal activities, sub‐rental, towing or any purpose not authorized by DASKA Rent A Car. Additional Drivers: Only drivers authorized and recorded in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Late Return: Late returns may result in additional rental charges according to the applicable rental rate and agreement. Vehicle Return: The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location on or before the agreed date and time, with all keys, documents and accessories. Loss of Keys / Documents / Accessories: The renter is responsible for reasonable replacement costs resulting from loss or damage to vehicle keys, documents or accessories. Rental Agreement: By signing the rental agreement, the customer confirms that they have inspected the vehicle, understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
