By renting this vehicle, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding accidents and liability: 1. No-Fault Accidents If the renter is involved in a road accident in which they are proven to be not at fault, and this is clearly documented and supported by an official police report filed in their favor, the renter shall bear no financial liability whatsoever toward the rental agency for any resulting damages. 2. At-Fault Accidents & Unknown-Party Reports If the renter is involved in an accident in which the official police report determines the renter to be at fault, or the police report is filed against an unknown person (hit-and-run), the renter shall be liable for a total damage contribution of QAR 2,100. This amount is composed of a deduction of QAR 2,000 from the security deposit held by the agency, plus an additional payment of QAR 100 to be paid separately by the renter. 3. Police Report Requirement In all accident cases, the renter is required to obtain and present an official police report. Failure to provide a police report will result in the renter being held fully liable for all damages at the agency's assessed value. من خلال استئجار هذه السيارة، يقر المستأجر ويوافق على الشروط التالية المتعلقة بالحوادث والمسؤولية: 1. الحوادث غير الناتجة عن خطأ إذا تعرض المستأجر لحادث مروري ثبت أنه غير مسؤول عنه، وتم توثيق ذلك بوضوح ودعمه بتقرير شرطة رسمي تم تقديمه لصالحه، فلن يتحمل المستأجر أي مسؤولية مالية تجاه وكالة التأجير عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن ذلك. 2. الحوادث التي يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عنها وتقارير الأطراف المجهولة إذا تعرض المستأجر لحادث يثبت التقرير الرسمي للشرطة أنه مسؤول عنه، أو تم تقديم تقرير الشرطة ضد شخص مجهول (هروب من مكان الحادث)، يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن دفع مبلغ إجمالي قدره 2,100 ريال قطري كمساهمة في الأضرار. يتكون هذا المبلغ من خصم 2,000 ريال قطري من مبلغ التأمين المحتفظ به لدى الوكالة، بالإضافة إلى مبلغ إضافي قدره 100 ريال قطري يدفعه المستأجر بشكل منفصل. 3. متطلبات تقرير الشرطة في جميع حالات الحوادث، يتعين على المستأجر الحصول على تقرير شرطة رسمي وتقديمه. سيؤدي عدم تقديم تقرير الشرطة إلى تحميل المستأجر المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع الأضرار وفقاً للقيمة التي تقدرها الوكالة.
